I can't thank Brendan Lappan enough for all the service and help he gave whilst selling my parents home. Brendan always kept in contact to ensure that my Dad along with myself were always informed with any changes to advertising, listings or pricing. He assisted with helping to ease my dad's fears and worries over the sale to ensure that everything went smoothly. Not only is Brendan an agent but he is also someone who took the time to explain to my elderly father an concerns that he raised. Brendan was a breath of fresh air to have in our corner compared to some other agents we have dealt with. Brendan is the most down to Earth real estate agent I've met. He is intelligent in the housing market and listens and understands your needs and desires. His knowledge and understanding is shown through the communication with him. He is the type of agent who will sit down with a cold drink and discuss options whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism but a real easy going person. He will explain everything to you and answer those questions that you may think aren't the smartest. He will make you feel comfortable and will not pressure you into buying/ selling your home. I highly recommend dealing with Brendan and I personally will contact him in the future as my experience was a positive one.

We were very appreciative of not being pushed into an early sale prior to Christmas. Whilst it was recommended that pre Christmas would be a great time of the year to sell, my wife and I were hesitant as we felt the property needed some touch up work to improve it's appearance. Brendan was quite understanding of this. We eventually went to market on a Wednesday in late January and it was sold on that Saturday for a price higher than we expected. Brendan and his team did a tremendous job for us and based on this, we would not hesitate in using him and his team again.
