Troy sold my unit so quickly, at a price that I am absolutely over the moon with. The price was a record for a 2 bed 1 bath unit in my area. The communication was excellent and Troy was always professional and never pushy. Troy did not once discount me and my unit and treated me like I was selling a multi-million dollar listing. His negotiation skills were on point and he always kept me in the loop with open home numbers and feedback from potential purchasers. As a solicitor, I always need a real estate agent I can refer my clients to and now I have personally used Troy I will be sure to refer him to my clients in the future.
