Sad to sell but time to go; The Ultra team of Terry and the whole team made it easy for us being offshore. Dressed the place up and did the open homes. The logistics with Rachael in association with Terry and Ultra were easy and so it sold within 2 weeks I think. Buyers need to look at Ultra as a high end option; the quality is very high there and facilities are great; highly under valued by potential purchasers in my opinion as being owner from new. Should look at the infra structure, cleanliness, space; proximity and the rest. See Rachael to buy in there as the best has gone last week May 2018 (our place)

Troy sold my unit so quickly, at a price that I am absolutely over the moon with. The price was a record for a 2 bed 1 bath unit in my area. The communication was excellent and Troy was always professional and never pushy. Troy did not once discount me and my unit and treated me like I was selling a multi-million dollar listing.
