The sale of the property was pretty easy due to the knowledge and experience of my agents Brent and Justin. They helped me every step of the way, they were always here when I needed them even to ask silly questions, as a first time buyer it did helped me a lot to know they were here to help me anytime. Thanks a lot for your help

Brent sold our home in Minyama by Auction on the day for just above our (realistic) reserve. He was extremely professional and handled the Open Homes and enquiries really well. Brent is a good negotiator.

Brent Higgins and his team are very professional and easy to deal with. From the moment I walked into the first open I felt at ease and the purchasing process was extremely easy. Highly recommended

After first listing with another agent without success I met with Brent who proposed a new strategy of listing as a single property and ultimately bought 2 contracts to me on the same day.

Brent worked hard and kept us up to date with the each and every step of the process.

His market knowledge and professionalism were invaluable through the selling of our unit. Brent kept us up to date every step of the way and we would recommend both he and Justin very highly to buyers and sellers.

Steve listened to us and took in the situation we were in. He did whatever he was able to help us in advertising and marketing within our limited means. Even when he suffered personal loss he still kept us up to date. We certainly didn’t expect him to. Thankfully a happy occasion occurred for him to. Steve is a genuine person who works his hardest for you. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
