We recently sold a property in Sippy Downs, and I was impressed by the market knowledge and professional approach demonstrated by Steven He communicated well with myself and the tenants I had in the house at the time. On the sale day he kept me and all the prospective buyers in the loop until the sale was completed. I would be happy to use him and Ray White in future should I re-enter the real estate market. Steven has a great professional approach to both the seller and also to our tenants in residence. We found Steven to communicate very efficiently with both potential buyers and ourselves. At all times we were kept right up to date with all the interactions with our sale. We were very happy to have had any business handled by Steven Allen. I can say that I would highly recommend Steven to anyone involved in the sale of a property.

Steven was extremely proactive on all aspects of our sale. He consistently returned calls and emails in quick time, and was on time for all viewings and open home times. Overall both Steven, James and their team are highly recommended.

Brent worked tirelessly to see the sale proceed to settlement.

Brent and Justin worked hard to locate Brisbane based investors and produce a good offer in a oversaturated marketplace. Very happy with the result

I could not have asked for a better agent then Steve. I am a first home buyer and Steve walked me through the buying process seamlessly. I purchased at auction just to make things more complicated and Steve made me feel comfortable the whole way. He is very proactive and diligent in his work. Couldn't be happier!

We have now bought and sold with Steve and both experiences exceeded expectations!

Brent and Justin were so accommodating in arranging an alternate time that my husband could view the property as he was unable to attend on the scheduled open house time. Throughout the process Brent was able to work around the fact that we were in separate locations for signing of documents and was able to arrange an additional viewing of the property for myself prior to it going unconditional as I had been unable to get to the Sunshine Coast to view the property in person. Brent was not pushy during inspections but allowed us to inspect the property unhindered and at our own pace. He was incredibly patient in answering all our questions and has been a pleasure to deal with.
