Maroochydore Apartment
We were considering sell our investment apartment for a number of years and timing had to be right. It had been a difficult market in Maroochydore for multi-residential apartments for some time and it was very important for us to find an agent that knew the cycle and how to find the right buyer. Brent suggested the right time to enter the market, provided potential buyers feedback and clear information that allowed us to make informed decisions at the right time. Great communication, exceptional service
Steve went above and beyond his role as a real estate agent on many occasions for us during the sale of our property! We were updated very regularly on the progress of our sale and the constant communication made for a less stressful auction campaign. We had after hour meetings, extra Sunday auctions and evening text messages to ensure the best possible outcome for our auction. His patience, friendly nature and ‘above & beyond’ service were very much appreciated.
