Brent and Justin did a great job marketing and doing open homes. Kept me informed as to what was going on with the open homes and clients. Even went that extra mile lining up a cleaner and lawns mowed. Would highly recommend them to list properties.

I have had multiple property dealings with James and his honesty and integrity makes for sound property business decisions on my part. There will be no hesitation in recommending James to anyone i know who is about to buy or sell.

James came as a recommendation to me from people that I highly respect so, after doing some research of my own also, I enlisted him to sell my unit. Whilst being very experienced and knowledgeable, he was also incredibly down to earth and as honest as a real estate agent comes. He ensured that he had my expectations in line with where the market was at rather than the usual bullshit where an agent will tell you that you could get a figure astronomically over market value to get you to sign on the dotted line and then they spend the next few weeks constantly trying to knock you down in price. The communication from him and his assistant Taylor was amazing. I was kept informed every step of the way. His work ethic is impressive, negotiation skills second to none and so refreshingly down to earth that you can’t help but enjoy doing business with him. It was a breath of fresh air to experience this level of service, professionalism and achievement from a real estate agent - it is truly quite unique for the industry! His results obviously do speak for themselves - he achieved over reserve on my unit at auction and he sells on average more than one property per week so I was extremely lucky and I am very grateful to have been given the recommendation to speak to him! I can't rate him and his team highly enough!

I was renting out a residential property at Buderim but was not happy with the tenants or the managing agent. I decided to sell the property but was sick of dealing with real estate agents. I did however contact Steven Allen and made arrangements with him to sell my property. Steven got to work straight away and had the property listed. Work needed to be done on the property to bring it up to saleable condition. Steven helped me every step of the way. He kept me informed of market conditions and of all people interested in the property. He negotiated the sale and got me a good price. Most of all Steven was honest and up front all the way through the process. Something I found refreshing after my recent dealings with real estate agents. I would recommend Steven Allen to any body wishing to sell a property on the Sunshine Coast.

Having sold our unit through Ray White Mooloolaba,we can highly recommend Taylor Sierp and James Goldsworthy who attended to the sale.We were thoroughly impressed with their impeccable presentation and manner ,as they gave us regular updates to the sale process. We were pleasantly surprised with the final outcome as it was quite an amount above what we expected.

James was incredibly personable and communicative, making himself available for all of my queries and questions (as a first home buyer, I had many). He was generous with his time and clearly worked hard to make this stressful experience a profoundly positive one. I cannot recommend him, and his team, more highly.
