Professional & honest
Both Brett and Justin were pleasantly honest from day one about best approach to sell unit. Continued to provide unfiltered, honest sales & marketing updates on progress through the lead up time to the auction. Justin was always proactive in his communications and a real pleasure to work with.

Super Star
Our experience with Steve was as purchasers. We felt that Steve represented the vendor's interests at all times but at the same time was always willing to take purchasers' opinions and offers to the vendor. We found him to be willing, cooperative, reliable, hardworking, always returned calls in a timely manner and always followed through on commitments. We would recommend Steve to any prospective vendors or purchasers.

Wonderful agent!
Steve exceeded our expectations when selling our property. We are out of state and he was so helpful. The flat sold quickly and we were very happy with our selling price. I can’t always answer the phone and he was great at leaving message updates and only asked for callbacks when necessary. He took care of everything it was a completely stress-free experience.

A wonderful experience.
James was fantastic, a real pleasure to deal with. He understood our situation very well and was extremely accommodating. I am not the easiest person to deal with as I am always wanting people to go the extra mile for me. SOLD at Auction!
We put our property into Brent’s hands as he had sold one of our properties a few years ago at Auction. Once again, Brent sat down with us and worked out the best strategy for selling, which we agreed on. The feedback from each Open House was excellent and informative. Brent’s knowledge of the area was exceptional, advising us as to recent sales and trends. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even went over and above our expectations with checking on the property between Open Houses as the House was vacant. We can not recommend Brent and his knowledgeable team more highly. The property was sold at Auction!
