Outstanding
Well where do I start with my experience. I had Steve recommended to me as an honest, trustworthy agent, that will listen to my needs and guide me accordingly. From the first meeting, I was very impressed how Steve portrayed himself and represented the company. He has a very friendly and welcoming personality he made me feel very comfortable and at ease but most of all as a valued client, and he genuinely wanted to help me and the boys. He is always dressed very professionally he looks smart clean and tidy and as if he actually likes coming to work. After the first meeting, straight away I was happy with what he proposed for the house sale, but most of all he left me for a few days to digest all of the information and was not pushy at all. For each of our meetings he engaged in conversation with the whole family which I was very comfortable with, and he answered questions from all of us honestly. He guided me on some points for presentation of the house and so when it came to the openings I felt that I had done my best and he was comfortable to show buyers round without any issues. Through out the inspections, I was kept completely up to date with everything , which he had promised to do from day one. Then on the big day - I knew exactly what to expect, he explained the different scenarios that could happen so that on the day, when I saw staff running round I knew what to expect, it was very exciting and my son thought very entertaining - on the day I am so pleased to say my house sold so it was a very positive and rewarding result. The whole process was an extremely positive experience and I would have no hesitation doing it again with Ray White, if I auctioned again, in the rooms are the way to go and buying I would want Steve to run the whole show again. I thank you but most of all thank Steve for the most excellent service he has provided to myself and my family. Please acknowledge this to him, as hardworking, trustworthy staff should be rewarded.

The role of a real estate agent is difficult; you need to satisfy the buyer and seller and make them believe that you are working for "them". James is transparent and believable and the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. We think his communication style and follow up is exceptional. He leads by example and his staff display similar strengths. Great work James.
