For someone who has anxiety and was a fair while before my last sale. James was a godsend. He was constantly keeping me up to date with every little thing and was very reassuring. He was well measured and not once put any hard sell sale tactics that I had come across many years ago from a different agency in a different state. And at the actual date of the auction he was absolutely brilliant, before, during and after. I have no hesitation in recommending James.
