I cannot thank Taylor enough for his wonderful support and empathy during the sale of my unit. It was a challenge to meet a tight time frame with a specific market. I am eternally grateful for the way Taylor with James' support went above and beyond being just mere "salespeople". Believe it or not, Taylor assisted me with my move with no expectations back from me. I have recommended him to other people with the belief he will look after them the way he has me. He has even undetaken after sales communication and followed up an issue at his own expense. In this day and age it is hard to imagine that people have such interpersonal skills in business. We would highly recommend James and his team to work as your realestate agent. James was able to exceeded our bottom line price via his pure negotiation skills. He also stepped into assist the lawyers on both sides to resolve an issue which only requred a bit of common sense and without him would of delayed the settlement by several weeks. It was wonderful to deal with two young men as delightful. well mannered and respectful as both James and Taylor. They provided me with any information I requested or needed an explanation for. They were in contact regularly particularly whenever a client inspected the property, with the comments made regarding the apartment (be they positive or negative). Their negotiation skills were excellent. Both James and Taylor were very well presented and enthusiastic and at all times respectful.
