Brent and his team (especially Justin) were an absolute pleasure to sell our property through! Brent is absolutely the most down to earth, approachable and professional realestate agent that we have ever dealt with. At all steps of the sale (even a year ago when We were at the pre-contemplative stage regarding moving) he was there to talk and provide information about our house, best presentation ideas, an appraisal, selling options, the current market trends. A year on - we were finally ready to sell - and he was the first and only call we made. The listing process was easy - and I am now writing this review from my new house. Our house was in Buderim (and Brent’s based in Mooloolaba) but Brent’s extensive networks, amazing advertising campaign and his links with ray white Buderim made us feel like we had chosen a local agent. In actual fact - he sold the last three houses that had sold in our street - so don’t let the Mooloolaba name in his location put you off! Justin was absolutely amazing as well - very professional, capable and responsive! Altogether - we couldn’t think of a better teamwork entrust our sale too. Honestly - don’t worry about your location - Brent is the only agent to sell through - you won’t regret it!
