Staying late after the first open home, inspection after inspection, countless questions, auction advice and support, all provided us with expect knowledge and comfort in securing our first home. Whether you are buying or selling, Brent is THE man to go above and beyond managing the property's sale. Thanks so much!!!

Brent was very active promoting our unit, provided great feedback and negotiated the sale price up to our target. I would recommend Brent to anyone looking for an agent.

Steve Allen was very enthusiastic about making our property purchase happen. He worked late into the evening to ensure the contract was signed by both parties and they were clear and satisfied with the terms and conditions. Since the sale he has still continued to support us and advise us on aspects of our property we wish to alter after settlement is completed. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve as an agent who can make a sale happen and still take an interest after the sale as well.

Brent & Rhiannon were professional, consistent, know the real estate market, and gave outstanding results. My husband and I recently sold 3 properties on the Sunshine Coast and have been extremely happy with all of our dealings with both Brent & Rhiannon. We wish them every success for the future - they truly deserve it, they work so hard. Kind Regards Trace & Carl

We can't believe the positive line of communication that Steve used to inform us of every move during the selling process. Apart from emailed reports, he left no stone unturned when it came to keeping us informed. We can highly recommend him - as a real estate salesman he is friendly, believable, hard-working and a genuine nice guy.

Rhiannon nodded for me on my behalf as I was away and showed genuine care and encouragement. She offered to film the auction and was in regular communication with me. Would recommend Rhiannon to anyone.

From the outset, James was honest, credible and compassionate. Taking a property to auction is not for the faint hearted but James assured us along the way that it would result in a positive outcome. He and his team have significant local knowledge and a database of clientele who are looking for and in a position to buy your property. His communications skills are outstanding and he regularly kept us informed of progress throughout the campaign, including any potential negative outcomes. We would highly recommend James and his team.

We were very impressed with Brent and his team. Their ability to communicate and stay in touch throughout the process was excellent. At all times there was two way dialogue with Brent listening to our concerns and queries at all times. Responses were timely and on point, ensuring we remained up to date on progress and market feednack. It was a pleasure to work with Brent, Rhiannon and the team. They made the sale process far easier than expected.
