Brent was excellent in his communication with us over a long time, he worked extremely hard to get our house sold in a market that is not easy in its location. There were times when we were very dispondant but Brent never was. We would thoroughly recommend Brent as a true and honest agent to get your property sold.

Steve was would have to be the most professional agent I have ever come across. He made the process of going to auction seamless, I was kept totally informed throughout the campaign and supported at every step. Steve offers a high degree of professionalism and integrity, always being delivered with a great positive attitude. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone considering selling their property.

Steven was by far the most communicative agent I have ever dealt with. He kept his promise of keeping me informed during the whole sale process with up to the minute purchaser feedback and reports. Always displaying an upbeat attitude I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Steven.

We had decided to sell and were unsure whether to auction or not. Brent had a very strong feeling that auction would best suit our situation and made us feel comfortable with going ahead with this decision. When it came to traffic flow- he managed to get many viewings and a also 6 open home time slots prior to auction day. Plus a few private inspections. We were thrilled with the outcome of our auction and the dealings with finalising our contract. If you want to have a knowledgable real estate agent to sell your home then we would highly recommend Brent Higgins from Ray White Mooloolaba. Happy sellers !!

Thankyou Steven for the many open house viewings you had over the busy Christmas period. We took your advice on how to prepare our unit for sale and it certainly paid off. Your feedback each week was helpful, valuable and sincere and the sale was conducted professionally. I would be more than happy to recommend you to friends either entering or selling in the property market.

We have found Brent to be very honest when it comes down to negotiations and a very level headed person to deal with. I would recommend buying a house from Brent for the shear reason he is a straight shooter and we like that and even when we gave him some very curly questions he answered with respect for the buyer and seller.
