Great work
Taylor and James made the purchasing of our unit very easy. Living interstate we needed to have professionals looking after the process. Taylor and James were friendly engaging and interested in background to buying. Thank you for assisting us with our wonderful purchase .

Amazing Agent

Most communicative agent ever encountered.

We sold at auction
We had decided to sell and were unsure whether to auction or not. Brent had a very strong feeling that auction would best suit our situation and made us feel comfortable with going ahead with this decision. When it came to traffic flow- he managed to get many viewings and a also 6 open home time slots prior to auction day. Plus a few private inspections. We were thrilled with the outcome of our auction and the dealings with finalising our contract. We have found Brent to be very honest when it comes down to negotiations and a very level headed person to deal with. I would recommend buying a house from Brent for the shear reason he is a straight shooter and we like that and even when we gave him some very curly questions he answered with respect for the buyer and seller.
