The process from putting the property on the market to the final sale was made very easy and seamless. I was kept informed on all aspects of the sale up to and including sale day. I would have no second thoughts on recommending James Goldsworthy and Taylor Swift to any prospective vendors.
James Goldsworthy
Steven is friendly, personable, knowledgable and treated us with a great deal of respect. I would definitely utilise his skills again in the future. We found him to be hardworking and really eager to look after us.

James and his sales associate Taylor worked tirelessly to achieve a fantastic outcome for us. James was always available to answer questions and kept us well informed about open inspection results and the auction process. Open and honest communication was done from day one with absolute professionalism and attention to detail. Their knowledge of the market was spot on, even down to how to present the house for inspections. No request was too hard, even putting the dinner in the oven, when a late inspection was required. We would recommend James and Taylor and the Ray White Mooloolaba team to any potential sellers.

We had the best experience with James and Taylor in the recent sale of our property at Mooloolaba. We were advised daily of each step of the selling process to the final outcome .We were impressed with their professional approach to the sale and their immaculate personal presentation. If anyone is in need of these two gents services in real estate,we can thoroughly recommend them.

Steve was a fabulous agent who I would highly recommend. He always called back when he said he would and gave us up to the minute information on what was going on with the sale. Being on the other side of the country we thought it would be troublesome trying to sell the property but steve made it very easy and kept us up to date every step of the way.

Brent and Rhiannon were always very helpful during the lead up to the auction and on auction day. They responded quickly to the queries I had before the auction. Additionally their after sales service leading up to settlement was first class. They are a great team. It would be remiss of me not to also mention the excellent service from their property manager Danielle Margetic in the hand over of the apartment. Many thanks to your team.
