Brent did what I thought was going to be nearly impossible & sold our apartment. Being that on the Sunshine Coast there are many apartments currently on the market. Brent managed to get ours sold within 4 weeks with no hassles at all. He was always up front & very communicative. The office work side as well was really efficient.
