The certainties in life
Few things in life are a certainty; death, taxes and the fact that if James Goldsworthy is your real estate agent – you’re in good hands. Having no prior experience of buying a home, I regarded the real-estate agent (and agency ) engagement process as a necessary evil and had pre conceived notions that the agents will never have my best interest at heart. I thought that the agents will never really be all that interested in the prospective buyer, but only interested turning around a property as quickly as possible. James and his colleague changed my whole opinion on, and perception of, real-estate agents. He genuinely offers a value added service with both the seller’s and buyer’s best interests at heart, trying ensure the best possible outcome for both parties. I am under no illusion, that without James’ due diligence and support, I would never have been able to walk into my dream home. His attention to detail, endless patience, professional and personable nature makes him a joy to deal with, and we could not recommend him high enough. Thank you James.

I would highly recommend Steve. He and Ray White Mooloolaba listened to how we wanted our sale to be managed and that is exactly how they managed it. We weren't on the market for long and we were very happy with the sale price achieved. If I were to buy or sell on Sunny Coast again Steve would be the first agent I would contact.
