I was very happy with the whole process. Brent was amazingly helpful and made it all so easy. I mostly appreciated his genuine honesty and helpful nature. We were ready to give up on buying in Alex as the first two offers we had made were just so difficult and we felt the agents were not genuine or honest with us. We were looking into a house and land package in Brightwater with Metricon Homes when 7 Tarnkun Street was listed. We thought we would give it one last try and what a pleasant surprise it was to deal with Brent. I often get clients asking if I know of a good agent and I will definitely put Brent at the top of my list from now on.
