I love working with Steve and all the team at Ray White Mooloolaba. They are very respectful of my needs and extremely open and honest. This is the 3rd time I have worked with the team there and each time I am impressed. I would recommend them to anyone!

We purchased and sold our property over the last 15 months with Brent and can not fault him in any way. He is easy to approach, answers all questions thoroughly and willingly (even the obvious ones), can be relied on and we trusted him entirely (not many real estate agents like that.) Brent is friendly, readily available and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. All our dealings with Rhiannon were also positive.

We are not local residents so we had to rely totally upon Brent's advice and knowledge. He gave us what now appears to be a accurate market appraisal and also mentioned his advice in respect to the drawbacks of the property. He kept us informed during the pre auction period. During the auction he kept calling us back with updates and then left the phone on so we could hear the actual auction. He and the auctioneer worked hard at the very end to get the price we wanted and he got it. Prior to this he assisted us greatly when we inherited the property and decided to rent it through his agency. We would highly recommend Brent, he talks the talk and walks it too.*****

It was a pleasant journey with the sale of 22 Balyarta Cres Mooloolaba. I would not hesitate recommending James Goldsworthy.

After trying other agents without success we finally used Brent and the team at RW Mooloolaba. Our open home inspections doubled and offer came within the first weeks that met our expectations. A sale followed soon after. Happy is an understatement.

It's hard to define my sale, it came and went so smoothly that I think I blinked and missed the show. The communication from Brent and Rhiannon was brilliant I always knew what to do and often git chased up, yes the naughty seller that got reminders. I bought the sane property from Brent 3 years ago and can honestly say that the horror stories you here about must be imaginary stories because both my experiences were super smooth. Highly rated pair for the brilliant work they did for me.
