Main sales agent did not make any contacts during the process of purchasing this property. Following the purchase of the property we found various issues with the property that weren't disclosed or potentially concealed by the previous owner and/or agent. A few months later I received a cold call from the agent saying how much they sold another property for on the same street and said I had a good deal on the property. I mentioned my disappointment with the agent service and the issues I felt weren't addressed during the sales. The agent was quick to end the phone call and avoided having any further conversations or discussions. Furthermore, I received multiple calls asking if Ray white could manage the property. The sales experience was poor, as a result felt their property management service would not be any better. Overall, poor experience and would not recommend.
