Excellent knowledge
Courtney was friendly, professional and brought his wealth of knowledge to the table when selling my Mother’s house. As I live overseas it was important I had an agent who would communicate regularly and keep me up to date with changes with the market. The house sold at auction and are very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him.

Thanks for keeping your word
After 10 weeks of stress trying to sell our house with another agent, we met Courtney (through Wade) who confidently told us he would sell our house before Christmas. That's exactly what happened. We actually sold within 2 weeks of signing up with Ray White Mt Waverley. I cannot recommend them enough to any prospective vendor.

Wade was fantastic
If only we'd decided to use Ray White sooner, we would have saved ourselves 10 weeks of stress and anguish dealing with another agent. As soon as we met Wade, he gave us confidence that our house would be sold. We can't thank him enough and we would definitely recommend him to anybody thinking of selling their home

Professional
Jay is very professional. His colleague and he opened about twice the amount of inspections compared with normal agents which provides us enough time to have a full view of the property. They have two inspections on Saturdays which is really helpful and make sure everyone will not miss the property if they have interest in it. They also respond quickly to any sudden situations and give fare opportunities to all the buyers. I am very satisfied with his work and help.

Trust, Care, Skill and Very Hard Work
