I highly recommend the proactive team at Simon Petrie RE New Farm, specifically Simon, Ben Percival and Samantha Martin, to act in liaison as negotiators on the sale and/or purchase of property. As I was committed to an unplanned relocation to Melbourne, the time line available to me in selling my apartment at Teneriffe was short. I primarily dealt with Ben from Simon's team. Ben is a well-spoken, impeccably presented and professional young man who oozes a positive and vibrant personality. I particularly appreciated Ben's honesty and sincerity in conversations, his strong work ethic and his knowledge of the current market. Simon, Ben and the team were fabulous. We were newcomers to the market and after 30 years living in our family home, felt a tad nervous about a move into an apartment but Simon's team were just great, very supportive and not pushy at all. They helped us work out what our priorities were and build a clear picture of what was out there. We are thrilled with our new home, everything on our list was ticked and there have been no nasty surprises. The boys really delivered for us, we are enjoying settling into the area, they even introduced us to some of lovely people in our building. And to top it off they spoilt us with the most beautiful Welcome Pack that included a big yellow bow on our front door!! Thank you Simon, Ben and the rest of the team!!
