David impressed me from the day we engaged his services and even after the sale of my property. The marketing of the property was incredible especially at the first and only open home! He setup the movie room and prepared popcorn for any kids that would attend giving them a taste of what could be their home. His professionalism and communication style exceptional. If I was to sell my house again, I would go straight to Darren. My house has been on and off the market for the last 12 months, dealing with 2 other Real Estate Agents prior to Darren who weren't unable to sell my property and didn't get the people through. If I has gone to Darren straight away I have no doubt the property would have sold straight away. Darren is a very genuine and caring gentlemen, who knows the local market extremely week and know the industry and stats. He always keeps you updated on a regular basis. When we met with Darren and explained what had happened, he listened and put our mind at ease by talking to us about the market and what are going to do! Darren also has an excellent team of people that work for him, and they all work together. They certainly worked hard to get people through the property, which was the main thing.
