We purchased our first home together thanks to the help from David. We previously purchased a property to only have the real estate agent screw us around and handled the process very unethically. (From another agency) David is very down to earth, knowledgeable and most of all helpful. After the distaste put in our mouth previously, David has regained our spirits in buying our home and in hindsight glad we had a previous bad experience. It would not have let us to this beautiful home and of course DAVID!! We had a really good experience with David. Meeting him at the initial consultation, he was personable and energetic. He gave us honest and accurate information of what to expect in the current market, and suggested strategies to maximise the chance of the right people seeing our property and getting a deal. From the moment we signed the agent appointment, David was straight to work. He was showing people through much earlier that we ever expected. He gave us timely feedback on his activities, as well as excellent advice on areas we could improve or present better to make the property more marketable. He also made the whole process as stress free as possible, offering to help with various things I could not attend to when I was temporarily overseas with work. David’s hard work and experience paid off for us. We received an offer at a price we were happy with, and on very attractive terms. And this happened before we had even had our first open home.
