Darren was fantastic from day 1. He accommodated our complicated logistics for viewing the property, was excellent in the negotiations with the sellers, he communicated with us throughout the purchase, his advice was excellent and helped us (as first time home owners) with the caveats in making an offer, considerations to include in the offer and assisted us with a number of great recommendations for local brokers, inspectors and solicitors.
