This would have to be the fastest sale ever - from photo shoot to closing sale. Sangita has been selling properties in Kallaroo for some time now and we’ve noticed that ‘Sold’ signs appear after one to two weeks of going on the market. She is very clear on how to present your home (decluttering!), does a wonderful review of your property, is continually in touch with the seller and certainly knows how to get the best price for the customer. I would definitely recommend Sangita if you’re looking to sell.

Tom is a lovely and really professional agent. He listens to you and gives you great advice and tips on how to present your home to appeal to buyers. It didn’t feel like he was just telling us what we wanted hear so that he can get the listing. He didn’t rush us into anything felt like he really cared and wanted us to do well. He recommended things that we can do to fix up our home that would help us to get a the best possible offer. All Tom’s tips worked and our house sold in the first week and he did his magic and got us a great offer. I really felt like he had our back the whole time and he was never pushy.
