This would have to be the fastest sale ever - from photo shoot to closing sale. Sangita has been selling properties in Kallaroo for some time now and we’ve noticed that ‘Sold’ signs appear after one to two weeks of going on the market. She is very clear on how to present your home (decluttering!), does a wonderful review of your property, is continually in touch with the seller and certainly knows how to get the best price for the customer.
