As I mentioned in my earlier review, Dean is a professional through and through. Nothing was to much or to difficult for him. He tried very hard to get the sale though the auction, which I was very excited about, but no success. Nevertheless his persistence came through 2days later and voila it was sold and I can now purchase my new property. Who said downsizing is difficult. Thanks a million Dean.
