Throughout the entire sales process I felt he was always acting in our best interests but didn't shy away from being up front and honest about all the facts, even if they weren't what we wanted to hear. He gave a realistic value of our property and didn't promise the earth that he couldn't deliver. He responded to all our calls and emails promptly and was always on the front foot keeping us in the loop on progress through the process. I highly recommend Dean.

Unfortunately we were unable to view the house we purchased in person and had to send our daughter to the home open. Damien and Jonny were both very helpful in providing us with details of the property and the campaign that was running. Due to technical difficulties on our end the offer process was not going smoothly, however Damien persisted with us and we finally got the signed offer back to him at 11pm that night.
