We followed their advice and the sale went exactly to plan, at the top of the price range indicated by them, with very few issues. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Our house sold on the first viewing. Duane and his team, were very helpful in the sale preparations with recommended stylists, solicitors etc. His whole team including office staff came to familiarise themselves with the property prior to sale so that they could deal with enquiries. We had over 20 parties to the first open homes so the advertising was good. The response time and availability of Duane and his offsiders during the campaign was excellent and the sale has gone smoothly. He and his wonderful assistant Courtney strike a balance between professionalism and accessibility,always being more than happy to answer even the most menial of questions.
