Duane has extensive knowledge of the local market and has an easy manner ,which made the the process stress free. He and his wonderful assistant Courtney strike a balance between professionalism and accessibility, always being more than happy to answer even the most menial of questions. Courtney could not have been more helpful and its a credit to Duane that he has a great team behind him. Duane is unassuming, whilst being a strong negotiator. I would use Duane again and strongly recommend him to anyone in his area. Thanks for a great result and a pain free process. Kim and Kurt Quambusch

We found Duane and the team at Hunter great to deal with. Communication was very good and at all hours not just the 9-5 norm. No question was unanswered, it feels like a tight team all working for the same goal together. Would recommend highly.
Duane Hunter
I would highly recommend Duane Hunter as he sold our property in record time after only 2 opens and very close to the asking price. We chose Duane over other agents as he was local and we thought he was the most thorough, honest and diligent agent who took time to explain matters and wasn't pushy nor promised the sky.

Duane is a professional and caring agent with an exceptional knowledge of the market and local area. I would highly recommend Duane, our property sold within the first 4 days of being on the market. Duane and the team at Hunter were great to work with. We are not experienced in buying and selling properties and appreciated Duane taking us through the process in an informative and collaborative way. Our property went on the market Thursday afternoon and sold the following Monday morning for a price we were happy with. We trust the buyers were happy too. Henning and Jini
