As a novice at selling houses I was pleasantly surprised to have Daune and his team guide me through the process in such an efficient, friendly, competent and professional manner. Duane and his team were all pleasant to deal with, not pushy, nor did they try to get me to sign up for extravagant options that I did not need. The fees were competitive. The service swift. All appointments were kept on time.

We used Duane Hunter & his team of Hunter Real Estate, Elanora Heights to sell our house in Elanora Heights August 2016. Our house sold after first official open house. We were off the market testing the market for 3 weeks prior, and had about 20 parties off Duanes books come through. We were so pleased with Duane in the whole sale. We chose to put the house up for sale, no signs and very little advertising which actually made Duane have to work a little harder on the sale of our house, but we just wanted to sell our home with as little disruption as possible. It was handled professionally, stress free & without any intrusion to myself & family. We only had open houses by appointment as we only wanted buyers that were interested in our price range to view. Duane has a terrific personality and worked very closely with us and keep us constantly updated. We can highly recommend Duane and his team to sell your home. It was a case of the little agent who created a big deal. We signed up two agents, the Elanora specialist Hunter - and one of the big name brands, a McDonald's of sorts if you know what I mean. Well, the big brand didn't stand a chance. David slayed Goliath. Brilliant local knowledge, a generous, nimble marketing strategy, and a deeply personal attention to detail - saw to that. We sold inside of two weeks for the exact price we had targeted. Not only that but Duane also found us a fabulous rental property as well. I am in the media game and have a sharp radar for BS. The Hunter experience was so far removed from the over the top, bells and whistles approach that dominates the real estate industry. It was all performance. Nothing more, nothing less. I first met Duane 4 and a half years ago when my partner Annemieke and I were looking to purchase our first house somewhere in the Northern beaches area of Sydney. My first impressions of Duane were very high as I found him to be very personable, friendly and most importantly for us not at all pushy. His communication skills were excellent and he kept us informed of potential properties constantly. That is why Annemieke and I very much wanted him to sell the same property we purchased in Elanora Heights through him 4 years later. We felt very confident that with Duane's local knowledge and impressive database of potential clients he could deliver us a quick, hassle free sale without any problems which is exactly what he and his professional team of employees did. He was able to achieve the price we wanted before auction which for us was a great relief. I would thoroughly recommend him to any person looking to buy or sell particularly in the Northern beaches.

Duane, Charlie and the team from Hunters Real Estate recently sold our property at 16 Kalang Rd Elanora Heights. We can't rate the teams effort highly enough. Thanks guys you're all rockstars!! Firstly we chose to proceed with the team at Hunter's from the list of agents interviewed as they were able to listen and hear our thoughts and requirements for the sale. This of course was supported by the fact that as the local agencies we believed that they were most accurate, (and importantly honest) in their assessment and recommendations on market value for the property. Once we have commenced the sale process Duane and his team were consistently meeting our expectations on service and support. Communication was first class and we were never left wondering what was happenning. There was nothing that was too much trouble for the team and they certainly made the experience as hassle free as possible. We decided that we were not going to commit to a high expense marketing campaign, and ran the process through a more targeted and strategic approach. Whilst they probable would have preferred to have all the bells and whistles in marketing, Duane and the team were supportive of this approach, saving us not an insignificant amount in the process, and most importantly they were able to achieve an excellent outcome from the sale of the properties.
