I slowly warmed to the relationship and in the weeks that followed, my admiration for their integrity, honesty and skill grew. After about 6 weeks, the house sold and by then I was a convert to the skill, reliability and ethical behaviour of Anthony & Maria. Anthony helped us sell our investment property in Brisbane. We were located in Sydney and didn't travel to Brisbane for the sale, despite this the process ran smoothly. It was a reluctant sale for us, and one that needed to happen in short amount of time. Anthony secured us an interested buyer shortly after listing the property. He worked hard to negotiate a better price than what the buyer originally offered - it was a slow time to sell and we weren't inundated with buyers, however we were under a time pressure and needed to sell. Our property was leased at the time with very good tenants, and a concern of ours was that they were taken care of during the selling process. Anthony understood this requirement of ours and did indeed make it a priority to ensure that our tenants were not hugely inconvenienced by the process, and that they would be able to see out their lease. It was a stressful time for us, but communication was easy with Anthony and his team, who kept us informed along the way with phone calls, text and email. We felt that Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about the area that our property was located in (Nudgee) and the surrounding suburbs, which gave us confidence in his advice. Anthony deserves the good reviews he has received in the past, and in the end it was a good outcome for us, having sold our property in a slow market, and in the time frame we required.

I was a little nervous about selling our home in Nundah. We owned the property for 40 years so there was considerable sentiment attached to the home. Nevertheless initial enquires with Ray White, Nundah settled our anxieties and confirmed the prospects of a sale. Anthony and Maria were relentless in their pursuit of a satisfactory sale. At all stages I was kept informed of progress and setbacks. The first offer was a setback but was beneficial when the final offer was a price within my expectations. They could be relied on to deal with all issues and proved excellent assistance.

Anthony and Maria guided me through selling my late Dad’s townhouse. They took all the pain away and they made the process fun and easy. They just took the load off my back at a time when I needed it most. Great professional advice from the outset got us organised and ready for sale. Wonderful marketing had the place presented at it’s very best and we hit the market ready to sell. I had never heard of virtual furnishing but it really made the place look good; I just wish Mum & Dad could have seen how good the place looked, they would have seen what was possible to do with the property.
