Fourteen years ago Anthony Clark sold us our home at Lemnos St Nundah. It was everything we wanted and more. Anthony is actually a part of the Nundah community, so every time I would bump into him at shops he would always stop and say hello. He seemed to genuinely care about the families that move into the houses he sells well after the sale was over. So when it came to selling our home this year we sought Anthony's expertise again. He absolutely exceeded all our expectations. What I really appreciated was all the extra support from Anthony and his team. I needed someone professional help to get the house ready for market. The handyman services that Anthony was able to put me in contact with cut through a lot of potentially wasted hours chasing quotes and finding the time to do the work myself. I trusted Anthony so I knew his contacts would do a great job, and they did. The house was sold with only one open house in under a week. We got exactly the price we were looking for. But the care and support didn't end there. Anthony's magnificent assistant Maria phoned me weekly to help me find a home over in the area I was hoping to buy. I was overwhelmed with all that was on my plate and her kind dedication to helping me find a home kept me going when I felt like giving up. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and his team to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. He is a good man who you can really trust and the results certainly speak for themself. They are truly the best team I have ever encountered, and while looking for a new home I encountered a lot! Anthony support for me in this complex sale exceeded my expectations. Communication was at the highest level. Trust and honesty are traits he possesses and displays. There was nothing Anthony and his assistant (Maria) would not do. The amount of time Anthony spent on resolving my at times complex sale (due to selling with Ray White and purchasing through another agent on the same day) was exceptional. His assistance/advice on my selling Virginia and purchasing at Griffin was fantastic and appreciated. Very Highly recommend Anthony for selling or buying a property.

Anthony and Maria were great to work with - they tell it as it is without the bullshit you come to expect from so many agents. Worked hard to get the most out of me for the seller but also did not stuff around - kept me updated constantly throughout the offer process and made it happen quickly.
