Agency was in communication regularly even when there wasn't anything new to advise. Which is good when a property can take longer than hoped to sell. Anthony certainly knows the area and is fair with their negotiation for sundry costs such as marketing. Only negative; some promised communication wasn't rcvd after the sale went unconditional. I would recommend using this agent/agency again to anyone looking in their area of operation. All the staff were great to deal with.
