Anthony was overall a great agent for the sellers however there were times as a buyer that we felt communication could be improved. On several occasions Anthony would ring us and ask personal questions (for example how much we earned) and would make us feel pressured to proceed the house sale when it was out of our hands and with our solicitors. From the sellers point of view I imagine he put their minds at ease but as a first time buyer he sometimes made us feel like somehow we were holding back the sale of the property. Overall he did a fantastic job but improvement on communication skills would benefit him.

We dealt mostly with Maria and found that the overall purchasing experience to be good. Both Maria and Anthony were efficiently responsive to questions and requests when made. A suggestion for improvement would be around the offer process as we felt that it was too rushed and not enough time was given to us / our solicitor to review the offer document (which automatically turned into a contract once it was accepted by the seller). A thorough explanation on the offer/ purchasing process would have been helpful to us as it was our first time in the market. Apart from this everything was very good.

I met Anthony at a open house he was representing about 10 months before we planed to put our investment property on the market in Banyo. We had been to quite a few open houses with different agencies over a period of about 1 month to get a vibe of the Banyo market. The confidence I gained through conversations with Anthony in regards to his knowledge and experience made our decision to appoint Ray White and Anthony as our agents a no brainer. AND we were not let down. My valuation and sale expectation was too high when we first put the property on the market. Anthony did not burst my bubble and tell me I was dreaming and allowed me to make the realisation myself with lots of feedback from inspections and market trends. After a month or so on the market Anthony suggested it was time to put a price on the house which we did. We very quickly both agreed on a price and the property sold a couple of weeks later for the listed value. The process Anthony took us through to get the result was based on open communication, regular feedback and a professional sales approach that allowed us to understand the value and make realistic decisions. We never felt pushed or pressured to reduce the price. We are highly satisfied with the sales value of the property. When I am looking at my next property deal Anthony's door will be the first one I will be knocking on.

I am a widow in my late sixties; having to downsize from my townhouse to a ground floor forever home unit was one of the most stressful decisions yet! I had an agent who had marketed my home for 3 months but had clearly lost the spark to sell and wanted me to settle for an offer far too low that would leave me with very limited funds to purchase. I cancelled my agreement and began the search for another agent. Anthony and Maria came to my rescue!! They were excellent, knew what to do to get the job done and their enthusiasm, skills and knowledge of the real estate market really put me at ease.
