5 September 2016 To Whom it May Concern, Over the past 4 or 5 years, we have been contacted every six months or so by Bill Gianidis, from Ray White Real Estate Oakleigh, to see if we were interested in selling our property in Chadstone. Bills' knowledge of the Chadstone market and Marketing skill set was a key reason why my parents obtained the price they did. His understanding of what the unique selling points of the property were, the target market and his ability to market the home to get people through the door were particularly impressive. We experienced above average open for inspection visitations from the public, and coming into the auction we were confident that the marketing had generated enough interest to attract numerous genuine buyers. Throughout the sales process Bill communicated to us on a weekly basis by phone. And 3 weeks from the Auction date met with us in person every week. This was not an easy feat considering that my parents work shift hours and are based in Brunswick. Bill was always very accommodating throughout the process and had a very personable approach. The result speaks for itself.. Highly Recommended.
