When we initially interviewed Angela she displayed a wealth of knowledge of the housing types and market with in our area. She is well presented and very personable in the dealings we had with her. She fully understood or requirements and intent with the sale of the property. Her advice on simple points to improve and present were great. The team worked hard and followed leads well after open houses. Once the contract was signed communication lines were excellent with regular updates and progress. I could write pages on Dwight's expert local knowledge and reputation in our area but for me there are more important things to talk about when working with Dwight. When we decided to sell our house we booked meetings with a few agents and after meeting Dwight we canceled the rest; he was honest and real; exactly what we were looking for. The thing I have enjoyed the most about working with Dwight is that he makes you feel like you are his only client. He works around the clock and is in as much contact as you like regarding the sale, contracts and open homes.
