I didn’t want to write another of those old trite flowery testimonials that you see every day. Instead, I wanted to share my recent experiences. Like everybody else, our decision to sell our home was filled with emotional feelings. It was our long held family home into which we had expended a lot of blood, sweat and tears during renovations and we truly loved it. So, firstly, to try to select a real estate agent to handle our property sale, we contracted 5 local real estate agents. They told us that “the market was flat” and not one of them even smiled and there was so much doom and gloom that we thought we would have to pay somebody to take our home off our hands!!!
