As buyers we had been looking for a couple of months. After stale negotiations from another agency we were so excited to find Jay, Michelle and Kobyn so willing to help us find our forever home quickly. After another inspection was accommodated for us on the same day negotiating began and continued into late that night. Within 8hrs of seeing the home it was now ours.
