Jay and Michelle Peters are very strong communicators. The reason we picked them to be our agents for the sale of our property is because they have build report with us over the last couple of years through regular email updates of property sales of the area our property was located in, as well as occasional phone calls. When we met them face to face my husband and I each had a good feeling about them. They were pro active with recognising potential wants for buyers and pre-empted with getting a quote for painting of the house, should potential buyers bring up that subject. Our home was staged on a Thursday and sold the Monday evening following without it even hitting the online market, for a very good price. We suspect higher than most for similar size land/ house. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an agent to sell.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Michelle and Jay, from the minute we had our first meeting I knew they would get my property sold. They are upbeat, positive and provided the best potential buyers to ensure my property sale was completed to be mutually beneficial for all parties in a difficult market. They couldn’t have put in more effort with their marketing, inspection availability, even to the point of dog sitting my fluffy friend when I was at work and not around to take him out during inspections. Jay and Michelle are also mentoring a couple of upcoming young team members who have been fantastic to deal with as well, especially Ryan who is very dedicated to the team. Provided a written weekly report of buyers and their commitment. Worked tirelessly to cover all contingencies - when one contract fell over,, they had back-up buyer ready in 24 hours with a new contract - brilliant!
