I first met Jay and Michelle when looking for a property in the Newport area. It was clear from the start their professionalism and attention to details that separated them from other agents in the area. At the time as a buyer they made you feel welcomed to the community. Although I didn't purchase through them I had encounter them on several occasions in the community and was met with warmth. So when it came time to sell there was no question on who to engage to get the best results for property. Dealing with them was so easy and straight forward. Their communication around the saes process was clear and straight forward. All the advice they gave during the process was helpful to achieve the results in which we did. They did not make inflated promises on what I could expect to achieve yet their results did how ever succeeded expectations. . We have recently had to move my mother in law to a aged care home, I got Jay and Michelle out to give us an appraisal the next week on the Tuesday I phoned Jay and Michelle and said I would like you guys to sell the property for us by the Thursday the photographer was there, Friday it was online, first open house was Saturday and under contract on Sunday. Their professionalism is second to none, I would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell to contact Jay and Michelle.
