Have bought and sold many times over the years and have had no better experience than working with Jay and Michelle. We were with a competitor for our recent sale which was not the best experience and through word and mouth we were introduced to Jay and Michelle. Their level of advice and assistance getting us released from the previous agents was excellent. Then they presented a spectacular advertising package with brilliant strategies and our house sold comparatively quick and for the price we were seeking. In summary I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and Michelle to anyone requiring a high level of knowledge, communication and professionalism and... None of the rubbish sales jargon that you normally get from agents, honesty and open communication from the start, so refreshing.

Their years of experience in Real Estate and their eye for detail gave me advice on how to make the property more presentable for sale. It was not an easy property to sell as it was a investment property although it was on the market for quite awhile, they never gave up with the belief that it would sell and were still diligent, each week with a open home and working 7 days a week to get a result using the wealth of knowledge and a data base that has been built up over the past years. This couple are friendly and easy to relate to and discuss the property values even with the hard questions. If your looking for a genuine couple to represent you for your most valuable asset I would recommend them.

The deal was done on our property within a couple of days of it being advertised plus Glen had other buyers lined up if anything went wrong.
