Glen is obviously very experienced in his field, he knows the local market intimately and was a pleasure to work with. He appraised the property on our first visit, indicated what he thought we'd achieve and the approximate time frame he considered reasonable to sell. Given this was coming up to the Xmas period, we were delighted we sold within this time frame and exceeded the sum we hoped to achieve. We now consider Glen a friend and hope to catch up soon.

We saw an idealproperty on Realestate.com that Jay and Michelle from Ray White Scarborough had listed, enquiries where made and the experience began, Jay sent us a walk through video of the property at Mango Hill , that was thoroughly concise which filled our hearts with further enthusiasm, we made arrangements to view at the next open inspection, we were not disappointed at all , Jay and Michelle were welcoming and absolutely knew the property that was in their hands to promote! They certainly were easy and uncomplicated to converse with and we felt welcomed and valued . We made an offer and it was accepted and we are now waiting to move to our beautiful new home .
