A great agent who knows the market extremely well
My experience of having Glen manage the sale of my property was very positive. Glen was very responsive with market data and provided a very accurate assessment of expected outcomes regarding the value of the property and also the likely time on the market. There was plenty of interest in the property and it sold quickly and the process was very efficient. I found Glen to be knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and a good advisor. I'd recommend Glen for sure.

Fantastic Outcome
Glen is obviously very experienced in his field, he knows the local market intimately and was a pleasure to work with. He appraised the property on our first visit, indicated what he thought we'd achieve and the approximate time frame he considered reasonable to sell. Given this was coming up to the Xmas period, we were delighted we sold within this time frame and exceeded the sum we hoped to achieve. We now consider Glen a friend and hope to catch up soon.

Professional, enthusiastic and a pleasure to deal with!
Glen showed us around the Mango Hill property and we made an offer that day which was accepted the next day. Glen’s video was a very professional touch and the marketing, photos, furnishings and landscaping was all first rate. Glen is always contactable by phone and text for arrangements such as inspections and negotiating an early settlement with the vendors. We thoroughly recommend Glen as an agent because he has made the process of purchasing a house seamless and enjoyable. 5 stars!!

Effortless purchase
We saw an idealproperty on Realestate.com that Jay and Michelle from Ray White Scarborough had listed, enquiries where made and the experience began, Jay sent us a walk through video of the property at Mango Hill , that was thoroughly concise which filled our hearts with further enthusiasm, we made arrangements to view at the next open inspection, we were not disappointed at all , Jay and Michelle were welcoming and absolutely knew the property that was in their hands to promote! They certainly were easy and uncomplicated to converse with and we felt welcomed and valued . We made an offer and it was accepted and we are now waiting to move to our beautiful new home . I can thoroughly recommend buying or even selling property with this beautiful couple who are invested in every step of the process, it was wonderfully effortless .
