A unforeseen error with an amazing outcome due to excellent service and professionalism of Nick Hall

We found out there had been an error made during title transfers in a deceased estate. It created a huge complexity for sale. Nick Hall was amazing. He supported us to navigate the process, sought his own professional advice in line with his professional obligations which he shared with us. It gave us hope and guided us through what was heading to be a very complicated and expensive process that ended up being a standard process. This maximised the sale price obtained and evidenced huge interest and media attention for our sale. Nick was kind, honest, proactive and patient. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick for any sales. Nick exceeded my high standards of expectations from a real estate agent and is the best sales agent I’ve used. I can see why Ray White Paddington has such a strong and positive reputation and is able to gain media attention and other bonus activities to promote sales. They really know their business and have my respect and gratitude. When you pay the same to any agent I don’t know why you wouldn’t use Nick Hall and Ray White Paddington.

Nick was a safe and trusted professional who knows people, the market, how to overcome so many unforeseen significant challenges. He knew exactly what the property would achieve at auction and had obtained offers to these values prior to auction. We had a complex 3 seller situation and Nick navigated this with kindness, extraordinary patience and unwavering support to aim to satisfy all parties. His relationships built with so many potential buyers was evident through the many offers we received prior to auction and on the day of the auction. I can’t recommend Nick highly enough. He had multiple agents supporting the auction with him and everyone was observed being happy and satisfied with it he fairness. Nick was so flexible. Whatever hurdle we found he was proactive, sought professional advice, had amazing networks and honestly I don’t think the property would have sold without his skill and determination. We are so grateful and loved seeing the happy buyers. Ray White Paddington was amazing too. Nothing was too much trouble. They obtained so much media for the sale which I’m sure promoted the auction and sale. We are very grateful. When you are selling your biggest asset, can be subject to so many pitfalls as a seller or buyer, it is great to have trust in a hardworking, professional service provider like Nick Hall and Ray White Paddington.

Very responsive and always gave all the information I requested, very easy to work with and good guy

Luke always provided full information to me across the full program and was open surrounding the state of the buyers and consistently provided me updates, even when he was away. He conducted himself in a very professional manner in all interactions that I had with him. It was very clear he had a good understanding of the market in this area, particularly for units of the size purchased. It was very good working with Luke and I would recommend him for future personnel interested in property around the Paddington area.
