Phil has ethics and integrity, something we do not often see displayed. He personally paid for a new storage box to replace the storage box which had been attached to the wall in my garage parking spot on all inspections, but subsequently removed by the sellers on closing day and was not listed as an exclusion in the contract. Technically it was my problem but he kindly saved me from this huge hassle. Thanks again. Kathy

Nicholas Hall is a true professional. My experience with selling my house felt so seamless and so easy. I know that Nick worked extremely hard everyday in a shifting market. Calling clients in his data base, following up on leads. He communicated with me daily about every detail and emailed me reports from the open home. It was a real pleasure working with Phil to sell our home.
