I liked Nicholas and felt confident in his abilities from the start. He provided excellent and honest advice, based on his extensive experience, to ensure our property was well presented and represented in the market. He went the extra mile from using his own drone to get some aerial photography which was invaluable to contextualise our property's location, to calling me while he lay injured, waiting for an ambo, to apologies he wasn't able to do something!
