We know Nick from prior properties that he has sold to us. He has a great selection of properties and somehow finds ones that are really good investment opportunities for buyers. He is direct and honest about the shortcomings of a property and does not trick the buyer. So I rate Nick very highly and when I’m out looking for a new investment to buy, I always give extra attention to ones that are advertised by Nick as his properties are on par with the market so great from a buyers point of view and probably also from a sellers point of view.

I found Mathew Abboud to be a highly motivated, charming and an effective agent. He seemed to understand the ramifications of the present market, and informed me, whilst also giving me a clear idea of the strategies that occur at an auction. Although I have bought and sold other properties, this was my first experience with an auction. I felt Mathew was generous in his communications with me by phone, emails and in person. I am a 24/7 carer for my 92 year old bedbound mother. This did not appear to make for complications with Mathew, who came to my mothers' home on several occasions. These visits were largely to obtain my signature on various documents, but also served as "get to know you" sessions. They seemed to be aimed at getting me up to speed and to prepare me for the possible string of occurrences which would or could take place leading up to the auction and beyond. It was made abundantly clear to me the possible unfolding of events and how he felt they should be tackled, with my support. I felt that he always addressed me with respect and with amusing anecdotes which made me laugh. There was no added stress, even after he had to prepare me for a possible drop in value, because of an overgrown Ficus tree. I felt that I had been duly prepared ahead of time. I need also mention the valuable contribution made by Nik Vidakovic in the successful achievement of sale. He was very attentive by phone, emails and visits, informing and reassuring me.
