We have been buying and selling investment properties for over 30 years and Nicholas is the most professional agent we have experienced. He is totally honest and ethical and went out of his way to ensure the best presentation of our property to the market. He used his own drone for aerial photography and did not quibble about doing a retake when we pointed out a minor issue. He used his own leaf blower to remove tree debris prior to inspections - what other agent does that? He has an excellent knowledge of Brisbane's inner west property market, in particular, Petrie Terrace and he used a wide range of electronic media to promote the property. We were particularly impressed by the ethical manner he used to obtain the best price and contractual outcome from several interested parties.
