Nicholas has been a wonderful Agent for me. He kept in touch with me at all times giving me all the guidance I needed to be confident even when the first sale fell through due to finance. He remained in constant awareness of the remaining prospective buyers and was quick to engage with them when this occurred. All his advice to me proved to be true and excellent and I am happy to say he achieved a great sale price for me due to his negotiations. I thoroughly recommend him. Mary

Luke was very professional in his approach to us & the plan for marketing our unit. We had plenty of communication at all times including a written report after each open house. I believe he achieved the best possible price for us in the current market but more importantly he achieved a sale which our previous agent had not been able to do.

Luke is good at "luring" me into buying this property. Even the final price has a big gap from what I perceived form him but still a good buy. His timely contact was the key issue to push me into a serious buyer and he offered the information promptly which helped me to make quick decision. Overall speaking, this is a pleasant experience.

We chose Nicholas Hall as our agent as we had always had such a good experience with Ray White Paddington Rental Department who handled the property as a rental for us for some 15 years! Nicholas was terrific from our first meeting until the day of auction. He went beyond the call of duty organising admission for tradesmen and stylist while we were preparing for sale, as we live on the Sunshine Coast. He kept us well informed of progress after every open for inspection and in addition, we were given formal reports by email. He personally canvassed the immediate neighbourhood and personally followed up everyone who showed interest in the property. We would highly recommend Nicholas Hall to any prospective Vendors.
