Luke managed to generate interest leading to a sale when our previous agent had tried without success for almost six months. Luke approached us to list our property with him and freshened up the advertising to generate more interest. His communication in the early days after he listed our property left a little to be desired but improved greatly after we spoke with him about it. His negiciation skills came to the fore in the later stages of the sale, as he managed to get the purchaser to agree to almost $25000 more than the buyer's opening offer. All things considered, we found his service to be very good.
